With property management software, Rent Manager, we produce reliable and professional reports for owners.

Annual Budgeting
Prepare projection of income and expenses for the upcoming year to help the property owner understand how the property is likely to operate.

Property Maintenance
As the property owners’ “boots on the ground”, we make regular site visits to the property to check conditions and determine upcoming maintenance that may be needed. As well as meeting maintenance vendors and tenants on-site to discuss maintenance issues to ensure the property is being properly maintained.

Vendor Contract Negotiations
Obtain competitive from the various vendors that are required at the property for daily, weekly, monthly, or other periodic service contracts.

Construction Management
Oversee and coordinate tenant build-outs, property expansions, or other larger scale property improvements. This typically entails coordinating efforts between the local municipality, contractors, architects, engineers, and the tenants.

Financial Reporting
Provide the property owner a monthly management report detailing all income, expenses, delinquencies, lease expirations, rent roll, bank statement and almost any custom report needed by ownership.
